Accommodations are one of the first things that come to mind regarding travel. Therefore we are presenting the Nomadic Inscriptions Hostel of Choice Award first. After all, accommodation matters no matter where it is that you travel.
With how many straight-up bad places we have stayed in the past we wanted to highlight and reward the great ones. As even some of the ones that had won other awards were absolutely horrendous. It’s part of the reason why we made the rating system.
We want to stop that from happening to you. Unfortunately, a horrible place to stay can ruin a place for someone.
Who is Eligible?
Although stated as the “Hostel” of Choice Award the term “hostel” can and will be switched out. The term used depends on the type of accommodation the place receiving the award is. This award is for any type of accommodation making every type of accommodation eligible. This is due to the fact that these days there are many great alternatives to the traditional hotel. Not to mention that in some places there aren’t any hostels or hotels. Why the “Hostel of Choice Award” if it’s for any place to stay? We didn’t think “Accommodation of Choice” had a very nice feel to it.
If you have a place you would like to nominate or recommend we welcome it! All nominations can be sent to choiceawards@nomadicinscriptions.com. From there we organize based on location so a member of our team can pull up nominees whenever they go to an area. So when you nominate a place make sure to send its location!
Winner Announcements
The announcements of the winners for the previous year will be announced every March between the 15th and 31st. That means the winners of the 2021 Nomadic Inscriptions Hostel of Choice award will be announced in the next couple of weeks. So look forward to that coming out!
What’s Next?
We still have three more awards to announce over the next several days. We are really looking forward to them too! There are both tattoo-related and travel-related awards to be announced. One for tattoo studios and another for tattoo artists in the tattoo areas. On the travel side, there is one for restaurants/bars/food-related places. We are looking forward to sharing these awards with you.
